It's a sticky in the Z32 Technical FAQ section http://www.3zc.com/showthread.php?t=142710 It's a scan of the user manual showing the range of oil pressures that are normal. The lines are the same pressures on the gauge between kg/cm2 and PSI, just that the points are labeled differently. And do not drive your car on the 370cc injectors with those turbos. Wait until you get the 740cc. I know you'll be tempted to take it out when you put it all back together but resist the temptation.
